SS 321 strip Coil is the best choice for applications up to 900 degrees Celsius. The 321 grade is generally used up to 500 degrees Celsius, and these grades contain excellent forming and welding characteristics. However, we can’t use those strips for decorative applications because they are not well-polished.

Strip Coil SS 321 is part of the austenitic family of stainless steel. Grade 321 generally contains a stabilizer of titanium.

These strip coil is not sensitive to intergranular corrosion. After heating within the carbide precipitation range, it has good resistance to subsequent aqueous corrosion, and the SS 321 strip coils don’t polish well. The coils contain the best weldability properties, and post-weld annealing property is not usually required. The SS strip coil is used in most diluted organic acids at enough temperature. It is also used in pure phosphoric acid at lower temperatures of up to 10% diluted solutions. SS 321 coils offer higher creep and stress rupture properties.
