SS 310 Strip Coils are excellently temperature application intended and recognized for its extremely strong and durable appearance. These are formed with excellent properties of SS 310, and higher quality Strip coils are obtained. Strip Coils are coils with strip form with large surface area rolled in coil form to get better high-temperature characteristics. Thus most high-temperature applications in several heat processing industries prefer these strip coils.
SS 310 is a more significant austenitic grade recommended for superior resistance to high-temperature corrosion in several applications. These SS 310 Strip coils are therefore employed in intense heat applications. It is provided outstanding heat resistance, and due to excellent fatigue strength, it allows repeated heat conditions with higher and improved heat resistance. These Coils are improved to low carbon grade SS 310S and high carbon grade SS 310H. Both are significant to extreme temperatures.
Features of SS 310S :
SS 310 Strip coils are fabricated in several forms and standards. Its specifications are widely extended with various dimensions, sizes, thicknesses, and lengths. The surface of the strip coil is more exposed to heat and benefits an even and fast heating on the surface area. It also enhances the surface by several finishing methods.
SS 310 & SS 310H Strip Coils are introduced with features like:
SS 310S Strip coils contain low carbon and implemented elevated temperature efficiency to avoid embrittlement. It is excellently resisting inter-granular corrosion and sensitization. Thus these are now available for cryogenic to very high temperatures. These strip coils are also corrosion resistant with excellent efficiency in acid, sulfides, and chlorides surroundings. SS 310H Strip Coils are implemented with high carbon and are suitable for aqueous corrosion. Thus marine applications prefer these Coils.
