Stainless Steel SS 316Ti Bars And Wire are formed with different finishes such as black or bright polished, threaded, satin-coated. It enhances surface efficiency in several corrosive conditions. It is hot worked for hardened, and as a result, it becomes suitable for the welding process. These bars are magnetic as well as process to be non-magnetic. Chromium present in material enhances oxidation opposition with excellent efficiency of bars. SS 316 Ti is an advanced version of SS 316 for the enhancement of inter-granular corrosion stabilization. It comprises Nickel and chromium in higher content 14, and 18 %, respectively, with 2% added Molybdenum. Whereas, Other low content substances are carbon, silicon, and manganese with phosphorous and sulfur. The addition of Titanium greater to five times Carbon and Nitrogen combine value reduces inter-granular corrosion. It is capable of extended time functioning at eminent heat with excellent heat corrosion resistance.
SS 316 Ti bars and wire are resistant to corrosion due to acids, chlorides, and sulfides. It protects these bars from adverse conditions and flexibility to withstand harsh surroundings. It is suitable for moderate and elevated temperature range and provides stability in alkaline and neutral environments. It is annealed for strengthening and tempered to enhance elasticity along with hardness.
