We manufacture Super Duplex grade pipes in our large manufacturing unit of Navgraha Steel & Engg Company. We offer the pipes of high-alloy stainless steel material. It is a two-phase structure consisting of chromium, nickel concentration, and special alloying additives depending on the grade variation. These duplex UNS NO32760 compared to S32750, has in its chemical composition tungsten and copper addition. The two grades do not differ too much in the concentration of other chemical elements.
It combines elements like carbon, chromium, copper, manganese, molybdenum, nitrogen, nickel, phosphorous, sulphur and silicon.
The super duplex UNS NO32750 is an excellent substance. It shows some great characters that are welding property and several other useful properties. Also, it has higher strength qualities which in-return to help the entire substance to bind. The product is made up of the finest grade of aluminium steel.
These pipes exhibit high strength, resistance to high salt concentrations and low sensitivity to salt compounds at elevated temperatures. It also retains crack corrosion resistance, fatigue, pitting corrosion and intercrystalline corrosion resistance. The addition of copper (Cu) increases the species’ resistance to sulfuric acid, which is also used in the mining industry for sulfuric acid leaching equipment.
The entire pipes are made up of the finest raw material with some magical qualities like the high quality of corrosion resistance and fatigue resistance. These pipes are constructed with high quality of correctness, measurement, and design. The balanced dual-phase microstructure that combines high strength with cost-effective corrosion resistance is particularly used in high chloride environments. The super duplex pipes have lower alloying costs when it compared with similar ferritic and austenitic grades with equipment corrosion resistance in the chloride-containing environment. Due to that, the material increased tensile and yield strength. It is used in applications such as offshore platforms, fire-fighting systems, injection and ballast water systems.
The Super Duplex steels also find in uses such as chemical industry, paper and pulp industry, cryogenic and power industries for parts and subassemblies such as pumps, shafts, bushes, aerial constructions, heat exchangers, coolers, chemical transport pipelines.
