Specifically, it is used to create non-permanent joints. It means the joints can be easily removed or pull apart without any damage to joining components. These super duplex UNS 32750 fasteners are usually made up of material comprised chromium, nickel, molybdenum, copper, tungsten and nitrogen. We joint features permanent by the welding process, and if we have to joint it for the temporary, we use fasteners. We use the product in an aggressive environment. So, it contains high pitting resistance equivalent number. This grade is a super duplex with a ferritic, austenitic microstructure. The alloy of these grades involves half ferrite in the annealed situation. Super Duplex UNS 32760 has a super duplex microstructure. It contains a high strength of the ferritic grades while retaining the corrosion resistance of the austenitic grades.

Super Duplex UNS NO32750 Fasteners has outstanding resistance against sulphide stress corrosion cracking. UNS 32760 shows no ductile-brittle transition but only a slight reduction in impact energy as temperature. It is known adequately because of its high impact strength. When UNS NO32750 welded, it shows slightly lower impact strength. We used these fasteners to include its physical and superior mechanical properties like high yield strength, excellent tensile strength, high impact strength and excellent corrosion resistance. The product has resistance to crevice and pitting corrosion, oxidation and atmospheric corrosion. The grade of super duplex fasteners ensures good resistance to erosion and abrasion.
