Navgraha Steel & Engg Company is a manufacturer of fasteners of the super austenitic stainless steel that is regularly used as Stainless steel AL6XN Fasteners with excellent resistance to chloride pitting, crevice corrosion and stress corrosion cracking. It is an alloy that is developed and used in a highly aggressive atmosphere. The alloy contains high nickel, molybdenum, nitrogen and chromium element. This element gives excellent resistance to chloride stress corrosion cracking, pitting chloride and exceptional general corrosion resistance. This alloy is utilized to recover and improved pitting and crevice corrosion resistance in chlorides. The stainless steel is formable and weldable. The compound contains nitrogen elements, so it has excellent tensile strength than standard austenitic stainless steel. So, it is retaining high ductility and impact strength. The elements that contribute to overall resistance to corrosion are chromium, molybdenum, nickel and nitrogen by various media. Chromium is the main representative for convening corrosion resistance in neutral or oxidizing environments. Nickel element imparts austenitic structure.
The product increase resistance to pitting corrosion because of chromium, molybdenum and nitrogen. Also, both nickel and molybdenum provide increased resistance to chloride stress corrosion cracking in reducing atmosphere.

The product usually contains molybdenum which is added to enhance the corrosion resistance in the chloride atmosphere. Also, an element of carbon in the product is reduced to avoid sensitization during welding. Low carbon and high nitrogen in alloy decrease the precipitation of carbides and secondary phases during welding. This material is strongest than ordinary material. The AL6XN Fasteners are manufactured to sustain very high pressure and product warranty. It is a high demand product in the market because of its excellent corrosion resistance property.
