Hastelloy C22 fasteners surpass the performance of standard stainless steel and nickel alloy hardware in aggressive process environments. High chromium content resists oxidizing chemicals. A tensile strength of 690 MPa (100,000 psi) and 45% elongation give these fasteners the ductility and load capacity that high-pressure bolted joints need. Excellent weldability speeds up fabrication and field repair, and a melting point of 1399°C keeps these fasteners durable through extreme temperature cycles.
