SS 904L Fittings are manufactured at Navgraha Steel & Engg Company. • Why SS 904L is the best choice?
SS 904L is a non-stabilized low carbon Stainless Steel grade with an austenitic structure. It is known as high alloy steel, where copper addition enhances resistance to acid decay. It is highly pure low sulfur steel containing Chromium with expensive elements Nickel and Molybdenum. UNS NO8904 is another name for SS 904L that enhances inter-crystalline corrosion resistance due to low carbon.
• Functions of SS 904L Fittings:
These fittings are purposed for high-pressure conditions in piping systems. These are thicker to sustain pressure and formed with a smooth finish. It is prevented from chloride attacks and brine temperature with excellent resistance. It is applied in harsh corrosive media and prevents corrosion by reducing phosphoric acid, sulphuric acids, and acetic acids. These are therefore used in fertilizer and acid production, utility scrubber assemblies.
• UNS NO8904 Fittings:
These fittings are leak- preventing, and excellent toughness is demonstrated. Our fittings are long-lasting, flexible, and easily formable due to low carbon. It prevents atmospheric corrosion and pitting and reveals excellent resistance to stress and crevice cracking. It is applied in intermediate temperatures with excellent oxidation prevention.
